Meet Ineke
I grew up in the Seychelles — island-raised, with a deep appreciation for craft, culture, and doing things properly. I've lived in the Netherlands for nearly ten years, built a career across publishing and editorial work, and spent the last several years running podcasts for founders who needed more than a task-doer.
I came to podcast management through the editorial world. Which means I don't just think about the audio — I think about the message, the audience, and what the episode is actually trying to do.

What does Zourit Solutions mean?
Zourit means octopus in Seychellois Creole. I've always liked the image — one creature holding a lot of things at once, and not dropping any of them. It's been a fair description of how I work since I founded the business in 2017.
